Returns and Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we will replace your order or refund your money, depending on the circumstance.

As our products are perishable products, please make sure to be at your home or workplace upon delivery because if the delivery is missed or left at your location, you will still be responsible for the charges and no refund will be issued.  If our products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. SONAMCO will not be responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipment being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us.

As always, eating raw fish (i.e. for milk fish, shrimp, etc.) is at your own discretion and risk. We always recommend cooking all the food, not just fish and seafood, but anything you may eat.
