Shrimp

Shrimp is amazingly versatile. This crustacean is low in calories but high in protein, making it a healthy choice for hectic nights. On top of that, the shrimp’s flavor makes it a blank canvass for sauces, seasonings and more.

 

We grow vannamei shrimps. These are more commonly known as Pacific White Shrimp or King Prawn. These take around three to six months in order to grow as market-sized shrimps.

 

The vannamei shrimps’ shell colors ranges from grey, brown to white. But when they are cooked, their color turns to bright red to light pink.

 

There are so many ways to cook these shrimps – grilled, sauteed, broiled, the possibilities are endless.
